Need help on game assignment
Assignment : Guessing Game
Create an app called Guessing Game using Android Studio. You can create a guessing game for whatever you want, for example a Car guessing game, an Animal guessing game, a Fruit guessing game, and so on. In the description of this assignment, I will Animal as an example
Follow all the requirements below. Feel free to be creative and design the layout of the game anyway you like, as long as you meet all the minimum requirements below. Feel free to also add any additional features you want.
The Main Activity
Has a "Play" button, that makes a sound when clicked (any sound you want)
Display any cool custom image on the screen (not one of the built in images, but an image you found on your own)
It should display the Settings wheel icon, and take you to the Settings page when clicked
The Settings Activity
Allow the user to turn the app sounds ON or OFF
The Game Activity
When the user clicks "Play", you should now be viewing the Game Activity
Like the Flag Quiz Game, the user will see 10 different images of animals, and will have to click a button to guess the right animal.
There will be 4 buttons, and each will have the name of the animal.
Each animal image displayed on the screen should be a randomly selected image from a set of at least 25 animal images.
When the user makes a wrong guess, the button they selected should disappear, display a sound (possibly the sound that the animal makes?), and a Toast should pop up that says "WRONG!"
When the user makes a correct guess, have any kind of animation happen before it goes to the next question. It needs to be anything different than the animation from the Flag Quiz game, where the screen becomes a shrinking and growing circle. You can animate a button instead, and that will be sufficient. For example, make the button shake or bounce .
Display the percent score of the game as a Dialog box
After the user completes the game, return them back to the Main activity page.
