Main Task: Evaluate eBusiness Performance 
In this Activity you will see how eBusiness helps achieve maximum performance. You will accomplish this task by evaluating four (4) case studies that focus on how e-business systems have been managed to improve business performance. In your research paper, be sure to:
I choose to use American Airlines, Delta, United & Southwest Airlines Case Studies 

· Define and describe the concept of how an eBusiness system works,

· Completely describe the four cases studies and how why they are appropriate for the task,

· Evaluate the performance of the eBusiness systems, and

· Argue how each case failed or succeeded in helping achieve maximum performance in day-to-day operations. 

Support your paper with a minimum of five (5) external resources In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.

Length: 6-8 pages not including title and reference pages
Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic.
