Journal 2:

Your journal task is to identify various considerations involved in planning for a secured user feedback System.

For this purpose, assume that you are an IS Manager of Indian Railways Southern Division. The Railway Minister is keen to develop a end user feedback system so that service improvement can be realised. You are required to use your prior knowledge that you gained in Journal 1 to arrive at a planning document.

Journal 3

This task follows on from the previous tasks. Your journal task is to identify and elaborate five specific cost aspects for developing the end user feedback system, integrating the system securely with other computing systems in the Railways. The railway staff members use various systems such as the HR system, finance system, access system and payroll systems. Further, these systems are also accessed using mobile computers such as the iPads. The Railway Board would like to see a full list of resources required on hardware, telecommunication and Human Resource Infrastructure for the purpose of developing the system discused in Journal 2.

Journal 4

This task follows on from the previous tasks. Your journal task is to identify how the feedback system can be aligned with various Business Processes. This should also include your plan for integration of the feedback system with various key areas in the organisation.
