"Investigating Database Attacks"  Your labs and readings this week focus other types of investigation: trademark infringement, sexual harassment, and even corporate espionage. The jurisdiction of your work depends ultimately on your employer. After you've completed your lessons and labs, address the following:

A company has a potential case involving their trademark. Describe some steps you might suggest at a meeting with the officers of the corporation to investigate a crime involving trademark infringement? What about if it were a sexual harassment case?. What are the similarities or differences between the two types of cases?

After reading a few classmate postings, reply to the ones where you learned something new, or have something to add. Post early and often, interaction is the key to successful discussions.
