Introduction to Computing

Research at least three different executive support systems using a web search. Review each, and then answer the following questions:

1. Which ESSs did you review? Include a link to information about it.

2. What are the common features of ESSs?

3. What specific types of decisions were each ESS designed to aid in?

4. What type of company is likely to use each? Provide some examples

5.  Research the differences and similarities between transaction processing system, a management information system, a decision support system, and an executive support system. Write a few paragraphs discussing the differences and similarities. Identify any of these systems that you may interact with on a daily basis.

Minimum requirements:

1. Three or four paragraphs.
2. Submit only one document.
3. Use complete sentences and proper grammar and spelling.
4. Your document must be one of the following formats (.doc, .docx, .txt, or .rtf).
5. Cite all sources.
