Description

Create a future tech (not one already in existence or previously thought of by someone else - do some research) that helps fix current-day issue.

Visual Design

Create a color printed, 2-sided, letter-sized, tri-fold brochure to describe and promote your technology. Your brochure should include images (hand-drawn are OK but quality is required) to assist in overall communication and answer these questions:

1. what is the purpose of your technology?
2. what problem does it solve?
3. how does it solve the problem?
4. any limitations or special operating instructions?
5. what kind of systems does it require (power, replacement items, etc.)?

Research & Impact Analysis 3-5 pages

Create a 2-page Word document describing the research of the competing tech.

3. when
4. why
5. how
6. cite all your sources using MLA or APA standards

Add 1-2 pages discussing the impact your technology will have on:

1. society
2. older replaced tech
3. the individual person
4. highlight at least 3 positive and 3 negative aspects for each.

? To better understand current technology and predict/invent/create a technological solution for a current issue.
? To create a visually interesting/persuasive tri-fold brochure communicating the purpose of assignment.

? Create and print in color a 2-sided, letter-size, tri-fold brochure (3.6" wide by 8.5 inch tall when folded)using analog, digital or both methods.
? Include at least 4 images to assist in the communication of your technology.
? Make sure type is no smaller than 6 point font (you should be able to read it).
? Word document should follow standard MLA or APA formats (1"margins, double-spaced, 12pt font)
