For Milestone 3, you need to select 1 of your 3 proposals for your term project. Make sure that you look at my feedback for your proposals. Be sure to select one that is substantial enough to justify a term project (i.e. is not trivial to design and implement). Also be sure to tackle a manageable project (i.e. can be completed this term). 
Remember, your focus is on user interaction and interface design. You are NOT simply trying to create a system that works and does what it was supposed to, but rather a system that is a pleasure for a person to use, that has a well-designed interface and is generally user-centered rather than developer-centered. It should exploit UI design principles that we are discussing and reading about in class.
You need to submit a project proposal with 3 things:
1. User Profile
Describe who your intended users are in terms of relevant characteristics such as those discussed in class. These attributes can include age, sex, physical abilities, cultural background, computer experience, and motivation. Who are you designing for?
If you have friends or family who are potential users of your application, you could ask them what features they would like and include this in the user profile. 
Translate your user profile into technical requirements. Given the users you are designing for, what features will your application need?
2. Personas
Create two personas (including a name, and a picture if possible) representing two imaginary users of your application. Give their background and relevant attributes. We will be discussing personas and user profiles more in class next week.3. Domain model
Briefly describe the domain of interest for your application (e.g. music, books, banking, geography...). Who are the domain experts? How will you learn about this domain? Is information readily available? Your proposal should only be 2-3 pages.
