Access Assignment
• Use the input document to create two tables in Access. You are creating a database for a fitness club.
• The tables in the input document are only data for creating the tables in Access. They are not an ex of what the finished product will look like 
• The field names for creating the tables are in the first row of each table. They are in bold to distinguish them from the data in the rows below them. They will not be in bold in Access. 
• In each table, use the field that uniquely identifies each record as the primary key 
• Do not use the ID/AutoNumber field as the primary key. You will select a field from the input tables to be the primary key as described above 
• All of the fields will be text data type except the Number of Clients field which will be Number data type and Pay Rate which will be Currency data type 
• In the trainer table, use a caption for the Pay Rate field. The caption will be Hourly Pay. 
• The fitness club has 3 locations. You will add a lookup field call Location and use codes for the locations as the lookup values. The values are: 
o BR 
o CM 
o LS 
• Create a relationship between the tables and apply referential integrity
