• Compare and contrast the most well-known purpose(s) for forms and reports in an Access database. Identify at least two ways in which individuals could use these tools in Access in a business sense, and explain the major advantages of using these tools compared to other available options.

• Go to Microsoft's Website and read the article titled, "Introduction to reports in Access", located at http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/access-help/introduction-to-reports-in-access-HA102749545.aspx. Next, explain in your own words the primary reasons why someone would consider using an Access database to create a report from data that he or she has collected. Next, indicate which report tool you believe is the most useful for users and two ways users can utilize the selected tool for personal or business use.
