a) Develop an algorithm in order to generate a list of customers from Glad Rags Clothing Company’s customer master file. Every record on customer master file consists of the name, customer’s number, address (city, street, state and postcode) and the account balance.

The program is to read the customer master file and print the report of all customers whose account balance is greater than zero. Every detail line is to contain the customer’s number, name, address and the account balance.
