The geometric and material data of the RC structure and FRP are: concrete, f^'c= 34.5 MPa, width b = 300 mm, height h = 500 mm, d = 460 mm; longitudinal steel reinforcement, A_s = 1, 000 mm², f_y = 413 MPa; FRP, f^'_fu= 2, 800 MPa, ε^'_{fu =} 0.016, t_f = 0.33 mm.
