Design a latch with two control inputs, C1 and C2, and three data inputs, 01 , 02, and 0 3. The latch is to be "open" only if both control inputs are 1, and it is to store a 1 if any of the data inputs is 1. Use hazard-free two-level sum-of-products circuits for the excitation functions.
