Some laptops, tablets and phones.

Calculate the costs of setting up the network:

Choose specific network equipment and get prices (internet searches from Australian suppliers)
Assume a cost of $115.00 per data point for cabling
Costs of any other labour that might be needed at $100.00 per hour.
