a) Design a decision table to represent the kind of treatment to be given to the customer of Eye Tunes Music Club.
b) Produce a structured English version on the basis of following dialogue obtained by Systems Analyst from client interview below:
"When orders arrive, they consists of the customer’s name and address, and, for each item in order, the item–name and quantity required. I utilize the item names to look up prices from price list, determine and write the total for each item, and add them all up to obtain the order subtotal. Customers get a 10% discount if they are good payers i.e., their account status is shown as "A"—so I determine this, subtract it from order subtotal to obtain the order total, and add these figures to the order. Otherwise, order total is the same as the subtotal. Then I look up the customer’s name to see if they have enough credit in order to cover the order—if not, the order is returned."
