You must define a problem and then research related information on the problem.
You may not use any books, (Except your course Textbook) all research publication should be within the last few years. The exception to this is pioneer work in the area you are investigating. You must have at least 8 references and they must be used in your paper. You may use the Dissertation guide to assist you in the clarification of what related works are. Your paper must include a well-defined direction and review of the influential research that was the basis for your paper. Please refer to this list below of things not to include in this paper:

- No section headings
- No lists
- No code.
Each citation in the paper must appear in the reference list. Use proper peerreviewed journals such as IEEE and ACM. You may use trade publications, but no web references Form and Style. (APA Style)
Your paper should pay close attention to maintaining a consistent flow in form. The document must be well written and should be proofread for detail and accuracy. The paper should follow the basic framework for a scientific paper should answer the following questions:
What is the Problem?
What is the related work?
Where is the problem going?
Further definition of structure would be:
1) Define the problem clearly. (a few sentences)
2) State your goal. (what are you trying to accomplish)
3) Why is this work significant and relevant?
4) Review current research in your area of choice.
5) Conclusion and future work.
