You are working on a project to increase an Intranet and several people are confused about who requests to do what for testing portion of the project. The team members include you, a programmer or analyst, a network specialist, and a business analyst. You have been working closely with managers in other departments to make sure everyone known's what's going on with the plan. One of issues you have is working effectively with the user group during testing.
