Open a new database in Microsoft Access
Name the database "Real Estate"
Create a new table using Design View and when finished creating the structure of the table, save the table as "Homes for Sale"
Within Design View, create the 25 field structures shown in the "Homes For Sale" Document.
Establish the field "Address" as a key field
Using Datasheet View, enter the 10 records shown on the "Homes for Sale" handout
Create an 11th record supplying realistic field data of your own for each of the 25 fields

(Create Table 2)

Create a new table using Design View and when finished creating the structure for the table, save the table as "Listing Criteria"
Within Design View, enter the 10 records shown in the "Listing Criteria" handout
Establish the field "Address" as a key field
Using Datasheet View, enter the 10 records shown on the "Listing Criteria" handout
Create an 11th record supplying realistic field data for the 9 fields, and enter your own last name within the field "Owner"

(Create Query #1)

Create a new query using Design View
Add the two tables, "Homes for Sale" and "Listing Criteria" as linked tables
Select the following four fields for the query: "City", "Listing Price", "Address", and "Days on Market"
Enter criteria for the field "Days on Market" as: >60
Run the query
Sort in descending order by field "Days on Market"
Save the query as "Days on Market >60"

(Create Query #2)

Create a new query using Design View
Add the two tables, "Homes for Sale" and Listing Criteria" as linked tables
Select the following 6 fields for the query: "City", "Listing Price", "Bedrooms", "Finished Basement", "Address", and "Owner"
Enter criteria for the field "Bedrooms" as >=4
Enter criteria for the field "Finished Basement" as =True
Run the query
Sort in ascending order by field "Listing Price"
Save the query as "Bedrooms >=4 and Finished Basement"
