GEAR BOX SINGLE - DOUBLE (( COMPARE WITH MANUAL AND AUTOMATIC )) look at the gear system different types - Characteristics - different operation -

Materials selection on major components - operational limitations - effect of overall performance - their limitations and how they were develop also how it could develop.

* auto Transmission (( Critically analyzed the limitation + draw back

* Transmission

AFTER THAT : its preferred to compare the advantages and disadvantages between an auto car and a manual car which has the same model. for example, Nissan Sunny.

THIR AND LAST PART FOLLOW THE INSTUCATIONS this part should be around 2500 words # part 2 follow the instructions #make sure that is no plagiarism because I will submit it on Turnitin. so if you going to get an information from any website make sure that is you do paraphrase as much as you can. # you have to post some photos in each type as an example # # Remember to put all (references).

Relevant Learning Outcomes & Weighting Structure:

This assessment addresses the following course learning outcome

1. Compare and contrast the operation and characteristics of types of clutch systems.

2. Compare and contrast the design, construction features and the operating principles of a range of transmissions. Assessment Structure Part 1

1. Your first step is to search for relevant literature and gather updated backgrounds of the features, of the different (manual & automatic) systems. This should include: characteristics, operation , and materials selection on major components, operational limitations, effect of overall performance, their limitations and how they were developed. In your report you need to describe each system separately covering the above.

2. In the second part of the report, you will compare between manual clutch system and the automatic clutch system. Your comparison must base on the advantages and disadvantages of each system.

3. The third part of your report, you will critically analyze the limitations and drawbacks. Then you will provide some useful suggestions how we can eliminate or decrease their impact.

4. In the last part, you will summarise the facts you learnt of this case study presented in bullet-points manner. This will be followed by drawing conclusions.

5. Reference page.

Word limit -2000- 2500 -except reference page and attached appendices. Use 12 points font size, and line and half spacing.

Your report should include the following parameters with any order.

(a) When it first came into the automotive market (Evolution).

(b) Defining the principle operation of CVT.

(c) The major components of CVT

(d) List some common materials used in CVT compared to conventional gearbox

(e) Identify and list vehicles that are fitted with CVTz

(f) Explain the advantages and disadvantage of CVT over manual and automatic transmission

(g) Identify and explain some of the new or latest technology being used to improve the performance and durability of CVT in modern vehicles.
