Scenario: You are a consultant for a company that is using Windows 7 as their operating system and are considering an upgrade to Windows 8. The IT Director wants to know the pros and cons to the upgrade and asks for your opinion.

Instructions: In a 3-4 page APA formatted paper, compare and contrast Windows 7 and Windows 8 as they work within a business system. Identify at least five differences between the two operating systems, and the primary drawbacks and benefits to the upgrade.

Create a logical paper including categories of analysis, such as: speed, access to resources, compatibility, troubleshooting requirements, security, and others. Be sure you are citing and referencing at least two scholarly sources. You may use the textbook as one source.

Make sure you write in a clear, concise, and organized manner; demonstrate ethical scholarship in accurate representation and attribution of sources (i.e. APA); and display accurate spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
