• You have been asked by some friends to look at their home computer equipment to see if their teenager is going to internet sites that are inappropriate for him or her.
• The CEO of your medium-sized business is suspicious that the Chief Operating Officer and the Head of Sales are conspiring to leave the company and start a competitive business. They have the list of customers on their PCs and the CEO wants you to remove that list from their computers.
• You are the Lead Software Designer for a company that develops business software. Your CFO asks you to direct the programming group to insert a piece of code into the software that will allow him or her to shut the customer's software down if the customer does not pay his bills.

As a team, determine whether the issue violates a legal, ethical, or professional IT code of conduct. 

As a team, discuss how you might respond if you were placed in that situation, and argue your point using learned and discussed protocols.
