ABC Realty Company Real estate agents at the ABC Realty Company rely on paper files and index cards to track buyers, sellers and house listings. The company, Happy Homes Real Estate wants to automate the manual system. Currently, homeowners selling their homes call ABC Realty. An agent is assigned to prepare the listing form. Details about the house and the property are spelled out on the form. An index card is used to keep information about the seller When a potential buyer calls, a buyer's info form including the buyer's information and amenities required is completed. Once a month, ABC Realty sends potential buyers current listings including addresses. If the potential buyer finds a house, he or she fills out an offer form.
