You need to prepare presentation on overcoming challenges in modern management especially in health 

- The seminar presentation is part of the continuous course work.

- Students will work in pairs chosen randomly.
- The mark allocated for this seminar presentation will be 30 marks.
- Students will choose a topic from the list among given topics that are significant for the leader/manager.
- You will be required to demonstrate the ability to apply theory to practice.
- You will be required to choose a hypothetical health service organization and show the application of concepts and principles pertaining the chosen topic to the chosen Health Service Organization, and then present this to the group.
- The presentation should include a strong rationale for choosing the topic, the health service organization.
- The presentation should also include the supporting evidence from the literature along with recommendations for improvement.
- Keep the topic manageable, in other words, not too broad or expansive as you only have 30 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for discussion.

- Your application of concept/principles must be specific. You need to use at least five 5 citations that have been recently published.

- You are requested to provide the faculty members with a copy of your presentation 3 days prior to the seminar day.

- Each team will be provided with the dated allocated for their seminar presentation.
