All organizations must secure a continuing supply of resources from their evironments. The initial mix of resources moblized when an organization is created is critical as these resources constitute a structural pattern that tends to persist and is imprinted on organizational members; explain how international construction organizations compete for resources, describe the consequences and cost for obtaining resources, and how resources attainment varies within athe construction organization and environment as well as with the construction organization's stages of development.

Once this outline is approved then the research paper will be written. The outline must be able to support a 10 page paper.
