Select any online selling site available to the general public on the Internet. Please state this site in thereport title. Your task as an external consultant is to produce a compelling report to convince the CEO and other senior management of Five Products A Day (FPAD) that the use of Information Systems & Information Technology (IS&IT) can restore the business to competitiveness and also provide business growth opportunities. The management have made it clear to you that your brief is to describe the capabilities of currently-available IS&IT applications that would be appropriate to FPAD's business operations and situation. [You may assume that FPAD has only a very basic site.] Theywould also be interested in what gains have been made by other businesses in using those applications and some suggestions as to how they may be implemented, operated and managed by FPAD if they chose to go ahead. They are looking for a report which would provide them with an understanding of a possible way forward.
