Write a 4 page paper excluding diagrams on a scenario analysis. See attached slides for a review and highlighted examples of applying scenario analysis.

Choose an industry, phenomena, product, or event, and develop a scenario analysis that maps possible competitive futures or "possibilities." Your answer should include a diagram (similar to those attached in the PPT - this is a separate page and does not count as 1 of the 4 written pages) that frames the area of interest across two definitional dimensions. Give each of the four grids a creative or fun name that connotes its state. Talk about how the phenomena have moved across the grids and the necessary resources for success in each grid. In the conclusion, give some recommendations and/or insights for businesses or other constituents that may be interested in your analysis. Keep in mind that scenario analysis is useful for many competitive contexts. You can examine anything from business, politics, human resource management, technology, transportation, or energy to "who knows what?" The key is to pick an interesting context, come up with some interesting definitional dimensions, and use the grids to explain the dynamics of change.

Use as many resources as needed. Please note the paper should be an analysis and should apply concepts at hand rather than reciting facts and data.
