What are your strengths and weaknesses?

Have you been on a job interview lately (I have). You almost always get this question in one form or another during the interview. Did you know it was because some employers use it to judge your leadership potential? Take a look at Page 196 and read what Bennis and Nanus wrote about this and other screening questions.

A. Do you feel they were correct in their analysis? Why or why not?
