Read the case study below and answer the problems that follow.
Casimir Basalt Ltd is a firm which undertakes construction and maintenance. The work is carried out by teams which operate independently of each other on different sites. They report to Head Office when needs be.
Recently there have been many customer complaints about delays and misunderstanding as reported by the Public Relations Officer (PRO). It appears that instructions given by the Head Office are not reaching the teams quickly or clearly enough. Both sales staff and work planners deny the problem. Most teams in Casimir Basalt Ltd have raised concerns about coordination at the monthly Planning Committee meeting but all that is said is only put in notes of meeting and no further action taken.
