Japanese management believes in social events and they have a high culture in their work groups. A Japanese manager's approach when dealing with groups or teams:

Japanese people try and maintain good relation with people, they feel good when somebody performs good and also they associates great amount of work, Japanese business people also beliefs in maintaining group harmony by their group efforts and time. A Japanese business person also believes in encouraging group participation. They never try to discourage the real work and also never de-motivate any of the individual which can be of any help to them. They reward the group for its performance. This type of great practices helps Japanese people to achieve their goals and receives high amount of profit and sustainability. They always enhance the harmony of their group and the management of United States is traditionally encouraged, they give rewards and recognitions to individuals as per their performance. They value the achievements of an individual and highly corporate the achievements of an individual which help them in great success and high recognition. This strategy is very much helpful in receives the profitability and sustainability of the company.

US basically corporate the transformational leadership which motivates all the managers and made them influence to do the things better. The strategy which gets follow by US managers and leaders are quite amazing because it gives inspiration and motivation to an individual at their workplace and also it helps them in achieving their goals. They gives them inspiration and motivation to make them transformational leaders so they can meet the expectations of the team and can achieve their goals.  For example great leaders Mr. Thomas Watson has become successful in achieving the goal in IBM which is a great and top known company in the world. They also followed this strategy which make them very much successful and in the top of the world. In country like Japan, teams are self-managed they feel comfortable in communicating the decisions of their teams to their seniors. Team incentives in Japan work better compare to United States. As per the Royal Dutch shell the quality and experience followed by responsibilities which matters a lot.  In United States they do the significant and a huge research for team building and then they pay attention to develop the team by providing them with management related trainings. As per the Royal Dutch shell it requires one way communication and the increase of transparency level. Team's incentives have been prepared in United States if the managers in United States will be prepared with new roles and new responsibilities. This type of great practices helps Japanese people to achieve their goals and receives high amount of profit and sustainability. They always enhance the best practices as well as harmony and peace of their team members and the management of United States is traditionally encouraged, they give rewards and recognitions to individuals as per their performance as per their attitude and disciplines of work.
