Group Assignment – Current Strategy, New Niche
This report will examine in detail and describe the current strategy of a division of major Australian corporation (ex: Fosters, Telstra, BHP Billiton, Orica, NAB, Crown, Qantas, AWB, Australian Dairy Corporation, Woolworths, David Jones, Toll). This strategy will then be analyzed to identify what is working and what is not (PESTEL, 5 Forces, SWOT and other strategy tools).
A new niche opportunity will be identified for the organization.
A strategy for capturing the revenue available in this new segment will be proposed.
All members of the group must contribute to this report.
