The aim of the course is to give fundamental knowledge of supply chain management and establish understanding of logistics terminology and concepts and thereby be able to apply the most important methods for analyzing, developing, monitoring, controlling and implementing material flows in industrial and commercial supply chains.
The aim is realized by theoretical studies but as well by working on a project that gives insights into specific areas of logistics and supply chain management, preferably in the context of the Gulf region.

The paper should be based on a literature review, taking its starting point in a conceptual or empirical research problem related to the selected topic. The paper should be analytical.
