Task -

Identify a project for the value stream mapping from the business or a real world environment. Draw a present value stream map (VSM) with imaginary but plausible estimated data for the various steps or processes involved in your identified project.

Critically analyse and extract the important information and areas of improvement. Then, finally, draw a future value stream map with your recommendations. You will need to use the standard symbols in your VSM, and your group will be required o present this project and findings in the class with a maximum of 7 slides.

You have to write just to explain the value map and nothing else and you will give me the ppt as well.
