Students will assess an organization that is familiar or of interest to them and provide recommendations to improve the organization and a plan to oversee the intervention. The assessment and recommendations paper will have three sections, (a) a discussion of the situation; (b) change recommendations, and; (c) a detailed plan for implementing the stated changes in the organization and assessing the theoretical impact after the changes have been made.  The assessment and intervention recommendations paper will be provided in a 5-7 page paper (1750-2500 words), double-spaced, 12 pt. Times New Roman font.
