2- Is the organization serving the consumer or business market? Analyze the market segment and the target market it caters to. Analyze the differentiation and positioning strategy of the organization.

3- Evaluate the product, pricing, distribution and promotion strategies of the organization that have helped to meet the target market needs.

4- Summarize your report and provide recommendations that could lead to long term organizational success.
