Make sure these articles or books have been published in the past 5 years in academic literature to help build an inventory of management philosophies . Discuss, assess, and compare the similarities and differences of these articles (books). Create a matrix chart to describe these similarities and differences.

Support your chart with at least five (5) resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources,  older articles, may be included.
