1. Did the practicum deepen your understanding of organizational behavior and leadership?

2. Did the practicum experience improve your ability to apply theory to practice?

3. Did this intellectual exercise help you to better understand problems in your work environment? If so, how?

4. Did this practicum experience help you to write more effectively? If so, in what ways?

5. Did you take advantage of the availability in this course of a research librarian? If so, did she facilitate your literature search? Did working with her help you to navigate the electronic library collection? Were the resources that she helped you to identify more useful than what you might have found on your own?

6. What were the greatest challenges you faced in completing this practicum?

7. Were you pleased with your final paper? If so, at what point did the project really ‘come together' for you?

8. This course was designed in building-block fashion. We began with a brainstorming conference call and then moved to a topic synopsis, an annotated bibliography, an outline, a rough draft and, ultimately, a final paper. Which, if any, of these assignments did you find valuable. Did any seem unnecessary? Is the building-block approach a good way to develop a practicum paper?
