Undertake a site appraisal of the Intercontinental Hotel Double Bay as described to you in the ‘Virtual FieldTrip' presentation. Heavily supplement your appraisal with relevant web sources, the library database, and journals to discuss the following factors:

- Size/site;

- positioning;

- visibility;

- relationship to demand generators;

- relationship to other facilities;

- and relationship to competitors.

Include a component on FFE and a SWOT analysis in your report.
