2. BUILDING COMMUNITY PROJECT
Explain a biblical basis for building community between the believer and the non-Christian.
Instructions: In Luke 19, Jesus approaches Zacchaeus, who is tax collector, a position known to be resented by the Jews because of their extortion of the Jews. Further, He goes to Zacchaeus' house to fellowship with him. This is one of several places in the NT where Jesus openly consorted with unbelievers, for which He was roundly criticized.
Put together two (2) likely scenarios where biblical Christians and unbelievers might consort together, include at least one scenario which may be viewed as questionable by some in the Christian community.
Justify this interaction with scripture, and respond in a Christ-like way to those who would object to this interaction in the name of holiness.

Further, how do you know what is healthy and unhealthy? In other words, what is it that you willnot do in order to win someone to Christ? What do we do to keep from catching the disease we are trying to treat?
