Please read information and respond with 1 paragraph:

From the e-Activity, examine two methods of job analysis described in the video. Then, determine the purpose and the expected outcome for each method. Justify your response.

The two job analysis methods I've chosen from the video are (1) Expert Panels, and (2) Structure Questionnaire.

In researching these two methods I've found that using an "expert panel" is one of the most common options used when interviewing a potential candidate because it allows for different points of view and perspectives which will be helpful during the interview process. Expert panels are also helpful because they will be able to see different aspects of the candidate's skill or character, helping to create a better overall picture of the interviewee.

Using the "structured questionnaire" during the interview process allows the candidates the opportunity to prove that they have the required skills andexperience for the job, and it also allows the interviewer to obtain the necessary information needed to know the candidate better. Some of the standard structured questions used when interviewing are (1)Tell me about yourself, (2) What are your greatest achievements, (3) Why are you interested in this job, and (4) What are your strengths and weaknesses, etc.

From the scenario, propose two (2) work/life balance programs that will support these professionals, and determine how you would ascertain the needs of the workplace.

I would incorporate a flex-time policy and procedure for the organization which I believe would fit the needs of the employees because it would give them a day to take care of family issues, arrands, etc. Some of the benefits of instituting a flex schedule are: (1) More workers are more likely to stay put, (2) Flex-time schedules are a way to reward the employee, (3) It will help with the work life balance, (4) Employees with flex-times tend to make employees happier, (5) And flex-time may help with employee medical cost.

With the increase of single family homes and the increasing cost of childcare as a additional incentive to the employee I would also provide daycare vouchers that will one elevate some of the financial pressure for the parent(s), and would also help with their state of mind in my opinion.
