Part A - STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT PROJECT     

This project requires you to work to submit a strategic plan for a real life organization. Your team will act as a consulting firm that has been hired to conduct an in-depth audit of a company's strategic situation, evaluate strategic options, and make effective and feasible recommendations. This project report should consist of a minimum of 10 typed pages and not exceeding 20 pages which includes a cover page and Table of contents.

FORMAT OF THE STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT GROUP PROJECT:

1. Mission and objectives:                                                                                           

a) What is the current mission of the organization?

b) What are the objectives of the organization?

2. Audits:                                                                                                                            

a) Conduct an external audit of the company

b) Conduct an internal audit of the company

3. Organizational strategies: Describe the current strategies the company is using in:

a) Management

b) Marketing

c) Finance

d) R &D

4. Strategy Formulation: Formulate a specific strategy, which should be implemented by the company by using the appropriate strategy formulation tools

5. Strategy Implementation: Design the implementation of the specific strategy which should help the company to achieve sustained competitive advantage.

Part B - STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT FIELD REPORT           

This field report  requires you to work to develop a SWOT /SPACE matrix .Based on the model suggest a suitable  strategic plan for a real life organization and make effective and feasible recommendations.

FORMAT OF THE STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT FIELD REPORT:

1. Sourcing the relevant Input for the matrix                                                      

2. Developing suitable strategies based on the selected Model.
