Part 1 - I need a 250-300-word response with 2-3 references for the following question:

How might rubrics be used in performance assessments?

Part 2 - Please respond to the following in 1-2 sentences each:

Imagine you are a new employee in a human resource (HR) department. Your first task is to develop a stress management seminar for the employees. Determine the topics that should be covered in the seminar. Support your selection of the topics.

Develop criteria to assist in selecting the vendor to use for the training.

Part 3 - discussion post

I need help creating the following for a discussion post:

A major recurring theme in our course is the role of government. In this module we also explore the concept of expansion and American exceptionalism.

After the Civil War, the federal government actively promoted American industry and enacted policies that fostered expansion of the American West. The opportunity and prosperity enjoyed by some Americans as a result of these federal actions came at the expense of others. Native Americans found their homelands and their way of life under siege, and some immigrants encountered strong prejudice in their quest for the American dream. Within a few decades the federal government moved to reign in some of the excesses that its policies had permitted.

For your initial post, identify and objectively describe one of the policies meant to promote American industry or foster expansion of the American West. For example, you might discuss a law or policy designed to encourage railroad development or to stimulate industrial development or Western expansion.

Part 4 -

Social security is paid through payroll taxes to help retirees make ends meet after they leave the workforce. The taxes that we pay now help pay for the people that has already left the workforce. Any changes that are made can't be to the people already getting their social security checks. Any changes would have to effect people that are still working they have already started pushing the retirement age back to where some of us won't be edible until 70. I'm not sure there needs to be much more changes then already happened. If the government would stop taking money out of social security to pay for other things. If you want to change retirement then stop paying politicians after they leave office. Politicians always wanting to threaten the social security of the elderly if they don't get there way.
