Part -2

Create a briefing document to accompany the task list and Gantt chart. Ensure that you explain the Rockiest marketing project's objectives and major deadlines. Also prepare a distribution sheet to ensure that all identified stakeholders receive a copy of the briefing document.

7. The song list has been compiled and split into sets. It has been sent to the currently contracted bands

8. The festival program booklet has been produced and is awaiting printing

9. All advertising spaces in the program booklet been sold

10. The budget for this festival has been finalised

11. Twelve kiosks have been sold to merchandisers and food outlets

12. Tickets are 35% presold

13. Merchandise for the R&R AM stand has been ordered but is not yet in inventory

14. Venue setup has not yet commenced
