Paper Title: Life Long Learning
Research Paper Instructions:
Provide an analysis of how the equation of Life Long Learning plus Career Counseling equals Organizational Effectiveness. In your paper, you must emphasize the parts of each of the components that form the equation above and provide the criteria that are considered Organizational Effectiveness. Finally provide an analysis as to which of the components is a priority in your organization and explain why.

Written research papers will contain a minimum of 3 - 5 full pages of double spaced written content in proper APA format not counting the title page and reference page.
Please support your ideas, arguments, and opinions with independent research, include at least three (3) supporting references or sources (NOT Wikipedia, unknown, or anonymous sources) properly listed on a reference page and properly cited in text. The course text must be used as one reference.
Make sure your paper has a distinct ‘Introduction", "Body", and "Conclusion". The body of the paper must be organized using Headings and
Subheadings. An Abstract is not required
Research paper will be graded for APA format and proper citing, subject content, grammatical, spelling and typographical errors and writing ability.
Refer to the grading rubric posted in the Resources Area to determine how your papers will be graded.
All research papers must be submitted as Microsoft (MS) Word Documents; no other word-processing formats can be accepted
Citation and Reference Style:
Attention Please: Students will follow the 6th edition of the APA Manual as the sole citation and reference style used in written work submitted as part of coursework to the University. Assignments completed in a narrative essay or composition format must follow the citation style cited in the 6th edition of the APA manual. See the citation and reference guide in the Resources Area.
