For example, the sales department may want to sell as much as possible, but the manufacturing department may not be able to keep up. One of the most important requirements of business process is that all parts of an organization effectively work together. Your Instructor has already assigned you to a role in an organization.
- Individually, in a document no more than 1 page in length, answer the following questions:

- What are the IT systems or tools that support your work?
- Who are the customers? What are the organizational groups with which these customers interface?
Discuss your responses with your group. Then, as a group, also discuss the following questions:
- What are the customersTM communication patterns? How often do they talk to the organization, what kind of exchanges do they have, and what types of interactions do they have?
- How do the organizations resolve conflicts with customers and address customer-related issues?
