Blake and Mouton offered a managerial grid extending the two-dimensional view of leadership style into a 9 ´ 9 matrixes. In that one axis is concern for people and the other is concern for production. Blake and Mouton's finding suggested that managers perform best under a nine, 9 style that is high in both concern for people and concern for production. This model does not take into account situational factors.
