After reading about different types of leaders, the types of power, and watching the video "Management by Inspiration - Seattle's World Famous Pike Place Fish Market" posted in MindTap (with a link in Chapter 15 MindTap homework folder), please answer the following questions.

1. Describe what you think the culture was like before and after John changed his management style. Provide examples and be detailed.

2. Describe what you the think the level of organizational commitment (see page 476 to refresh your memory) was before and after John changed his management style and WHY. Again, provide examples, be detailed

3. Referring to the Authentic Leadership section of Chapter 15, provide examples from the video (what was shown or said) of how John now has (or doesn't have) each of the five key characteristics of an authentic leader.
