Problem:

Throughout the audit of the seafarer’s training school the external auditor found that the school wasn’t capable to conduct any course since June 2009 because of lack of personnel. Further organizations involved in maritime activities, were unable to get their personnel trained in essential safety, which is essential for anyone going at sea. They have officially voiced out their complaints however no concrete action has been taken to remedy the situation. Examine the above incident. It is a condition for either non-conformity or negative observation.
