Instructions

The faculty member will guide the formation of the groups, and the groups will be created as Study Groups.

Groups will use the Study Group area of the classroom to discuss and formulate group documents. Points may be deducted if the study group area is not used for these purposes.

Any team member who does not contribute to the group project will receive zero grade points for the assignment and zero grade points for the peer review.

Required Formatting of Situation:

• This report should be double spaced, 12-point font, and two pages in length per student evaluator role in the group excluding the title page and reference page.
• In addition, the group is responsible as a group for providing one summary/abstract listing on a separate page.
• Title page with your name, the course name, title of paper, the date, and instructor's name.
• This paper is to be written in the third person.  There should be no words in the paper such as "I and we."
• Include reference page.
• Use APA formatting for in-text citations and reference page. 

• Students need to paraphrase and avoid direct quotes.

• Submit the paper in the Assignment Folder.
