People should have Resume Ratings on the basis of their Education, Industry Exposure and Work Experience that would help Industries to short list good candidates and also people who got short listed from the big data bank of resumes. Resume ratings are not just the rating, this can be a worth of people. So please guide me, whether this system would work or not?
