We have spent a lot of time talking about strengths this quarter, but we have talked very little about weaknesses. In your PowerPoint assignment, you all wrote about finding a partner with complementary strengths to your strengths. Many of our best thinkers are Introverts. But, as a leader, you must be able to communicate to your people. So, how does a leader who is an Introvert overcome this weakness with regard to communication?

Use the Internet to research careers in Management. Identify 1 or 2 available jobs that appeal to you and explain them to the class (job title, organization, required experience & skills to be eligible for the job). What is your plan to obtain these skills necessary to these jobs?
