Conflict of Interest: As department manager, you are hosting a celebration in the office. This event was approved by your boss and a food budget of $500 was agreed to. Your next-door neighbor has just started her own catering business and asks you if she can supply the food. Since she is just starting out, she offers to cater the food at her cost and to provide extra items at no charge.

Write a 2 to 3 page case paper explaining how you would use the four approaches (Utilitarian, Individual, Moral-Rights and Justice) to ethical decision making, what would your decision be? What additional information might you wish to consider in arriving at your final decision? How would you implement your decision?

Discuss each approach separately and then explain which approach or combinations of approaches you would use to make your decision. Your solution should contain supportive information from the text or other outside sources that allows the reader to see how you arrived at your decision. A conclusion paragraph should tell the reader how you intend to implement the decision you have reached. A reference page should be provided at the end of your paper.
